Leigh Bradbury

Founder & Managing Director

Leigh Bradbury is an experienced electrical, data, and security specialist with over 15 years of expertise delivering complex projects across Australia’s Defence, mining, government, and industrial sectors. Known for his hands-on leadership and technical precision, Leigh has built a strong reputation for delivering secure, high-quality infrastructure solutions on time and within budget.

With a background as an A Grade Electrician, Leigh has led projects ranging from critical infrastructure upgrades to large-scale electrical, communications, and security installations. His commitment to reliability, safety, and long-term client relationships continues to drive the growth and success of Booosst EDS.

Allie Bradbury

Administration Manager

Allie Bradbury brings over a decade of experience in people management and business operations to her role as Administration Manager at Booosst EDS. With a strong focus on organisation, communication, and day-to-day operational support, she plays an integral role in keeping the business running efficiently and professionally.

Known for her attention to detail and approachable nature, Allie supports both clients and internal teams with the same dedication and care that has made her a valued part of the Booosst EDS team.

Jayden Bradbury

Commercial Manager

Jayden is an experienced electrical and security project manager with a strong background across commercial, government, and residential sectors. Having completed his electrical apprenticeship at eighteen, he has built a reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes through technical expertise, leadership, and a hands-on approach to project delivery.

As Commercial Manager at Booosst EDS, Jayden plays a key role in overseeing operations, supporting teams, and driving project success. Known for his professionalism, positive attitude, and team-first mindset, he brings both industry experience and strong people skills to every project and client relationship.

Andrew Dale

General Manager of Operations

Andrew is an accomplished Business leader and Development Manager at Booosst EDS, bringing more than 30 years of experience in developing successful sales strategies, building high-performing teams, and creating strong long-term customer relationships across the technology, electrical, data and security sectors.

Throughout his career, Andrew has played a key role in establishing and growing local and national sales structures, leading professional teams focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and sustainable business growth. His strength lies in identifying opportunities, understanding client challenges, and aligning the right people, products and services to deliver practical and commercially successful outcomes.

With a broad understanding of emerging technologies, integrated solutions, and complex service environments, Andrew has built a reputation for his hands-on leadership style, strategic thinking, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for both customers and the businesses he represents.

Introducing the two little rascals from Booosst EDS (Summer and Skyla) the daughters of Leigh and Allie! These two little girls have brought so much joy and laughter to the Bradbury family over the past 9 years. With their boundless energy and endless curiosity, they are always keeping their parents on their toes.

But don’t let their youth fool you – these two might just be the future of Booosst EDS! Who knows, with their natural curiosity and love for all things electrical (fishing and diving), they might one day take over the family business and continue the legacy of excellence that their parents have built.

For now, though, they are content to explore the world around them and learn all they can about the electrical industry. With the guidance of their parents and the support of the Booosst EDS team, there’s no telling what these two little girls will accomplish in the future! They are sure to bring a spark of energy and enthusiasm to whatever they do, and we can’t wait to see where their passions take them.
