Leigh Bradbury – Director

Leigh is a highly experienced electrical, data and security specialist with over fifteen years of experience delivering complex projects in the mining, defence, and industrial sectors in Australia. Throughout his career, Leigh has consistently demonstrated his expertise in designing, implementing, and managing electrical systems and infrastructure, ensuring that his clients receive high-quality solutions that meet their specific needs.

Leigh began his career as an A Grade electrician working long hours building his reputation in the mining industry in Western Australia, where he quickly gained a reputation for his technical knowledge and innovative approach to problem-solving. He later moved into projects within the government sector, where he honed his skills in designing and delivering secure and reliable electrical, data and security systems for a variety of applications.

In recent years, Leigh has focused on delivering high quality projects for many sectors, working with some of Australia's most respected product and services providers. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, from upgrading and maintaining existing electrical systems to designing and implementing new infrastructure from scratch.

Throughout his career, Leigh has developed a deep understanding of the technical and regulatory requirements of the industries he works in, as well as a strong network of contacts and relationships with key stakeholders. He is highly regarded for his ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, while always maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

In his spare time, Leigh enjoys fishing, hiking, camping, and spending time with his wife, Allie and their young family.

Allie Bradbury – Administration Manager

Meet Allie , the Administration Manager at Booosst EDS. With a background in personal training spanning over a decade, Allie has always had a knack for managing people and resources effectively. Over the past eight years, she has brought her skills to the world of business administration and has been an integral part of the company's day-to-day operations.

But that's not all - Allie is also a super mum to two beautiful little girls, whom she manages with as much grace and efficiency as she manages her work. Her ability to multitask and prioritise is truly impressive, and she brings the same level of dedication and focus to both her personal and professional life.

As a valued member of the Booosst EDS team, Allie plays a major role in keeping the company running smoothly. Her attention to detail, organisational skills, and friendly demeanour makes her a beloved figure among her colleagues and clients alike. We're lucky to have her on our team!

Jayden Bradbury – Senior Technician

Jayden is a highly skilled electrical and security project manager with a passion for excellence. He currently works at Booosst EDS as the Victorian State Manager, where he has established himself as a key player in the industry. With a solid foundation in the field, Jayden completed his apprenticeship at the age of eighteen, specialising in both domestic and commercial electrical work. His expertise in this area has allowed him to take on complex projects and deliver outstanding results.

In addition to his work experience, Jayden has gained valuable international exposure by working in London, where he played senior cricket while juggling his professional commitments. This experience has given him a global perspective and an ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.

Jayden's passion for his work is matched by his personable nature and his commitment to being positive and professional. He brings these qualities to every project he manages, whether in the government, commercial or domestic environment. He is an invaluable asset to the Booosst EDS team, and his dedication to the company's growth is evident in his ongoing commitment to its staff and operations.

Jayden is not only an accomplished professional but also an avid sportsman and a real team player. He excels in football and applies himself equally to any other sport he takes on. His competitive spirit and commitment to teamwork make him a valuable asset both on and off the field.

Andrew Dale – General Manager Operations

Andrew  is a highly accomplished General Manager of Operations at Booosst EDS. As a C-Level executive with extensive experience in commercialising ICT businesses across the Asian and US markets, Andrew has successfully led the commercialisation of several ICT businesses and possesses a deep understanding of SaaS distribution models.

With more than 28 years of experience in the information technology and services industry, Andrew has held various executive sales and consultancy management positions. He is highly skilled in IT strategy, professional services, data centre management, and project portfolio management. Andrew's expertise in operations and financial management has enabled him to excel in various executive roles.

Throughout his career, Andrew has demonstrated effective business and financial management skills, making him a seasoned business development professional. His proven track record of success in the information technology and services industry has established him as a highly experienced and capable executive.

Introducing the two little rascals from Booosst EDS (Summer and Skyla) the daughters of Leigh and Allie! These two little girls have brought so much joy and laughter to the Bradbury family over the past 6 years. With their boundless energy and endless curiosity, they are always keeping their parents on their toes.

But don't let their youth fool you - these two might just be the future of Booosst EDS! Who knows, with their natural curiosity and love for all things electrical (and fishing), they might one day take over the family business and continue the legacy of excellence that their parents have built.

For now, though, they are content to explore the world around them and learn all they can about the electrical industry. With the guidance of their parents and the support of the Booosst EDS team, there's no telling what these two little girls will accomplish in the future! They are sure to bring a spark of energy and enthusiasm to whatever they do, and we can't wait to see where their passions take them.
